Makeup has become more like military precision, we have endless contouring, 3D Brows, permanent makeup etc, resulting in a generation that can look like human Barbie Dolls. Thanks to the pressures of social media, sadly this is now the new norm, it does make me wonder what the world holds for my children's generation. I’m a firm believer that we need to build one another up, as I build various layers into the painting creating a contradiction of the rose and thorn, it’s apparent that one needs the other to survive and blossom.
